| With continued development, touch passing is a skill that could really set him apart. Scouts envision his arm strength becoming as good as any QB in college ball. Might turn out to be a decent scrambling quarterback, but probably nothing special. With a little more time, his instincts will allow him to rise above the others in crunch time. |
