| Scouting Report | Potential |
| Speed will eventually add a dimension to his game that few outside linebackers can match. This kid won't ever be confused with a body builder but he'll end up with sufficient strength to play linebacker. He really needs to play with more aggression but it's looking like average is the best he can hope for. He's probably never going to acquire the instincts that are so critical for an outside linebacker. |
