| Scouting Report | Potential |
| Speed will eventually add a dimension to his game that few outside linebackers can match. Has the athletic background to develop some good agility with a little more time and effort. Once this kid solidifies his technique and can let loose, his aggressiveness will really help his game. Has an innate feel for the game that, once fully developed, will allow him to always be in position to make plays. |
