| Scouting Report | Potential |
| Speed will eventually add a dimension to his game that few outside linebackers can match. He's got the potential to develop some outstanding agility which will greatly benefit his play. Tackling is a skill he needs to improve and I think he can eventually be pretty good at it. With better technique, his ability to cover passes will become a huge asset for any team. |
