Scouting Report Potential Has the tools to eventually become one of the most accurate passers in America. Scouts envision his arm strength becoming as good as any QB in college ball. Has the athletic base needed to eventually develop a good scrambling game. With a little more time, his instincts will allow him to rise above the others in crunch time.
